Training for Postgraduate Research (PGR) Students submitting via the new Thesis with Publications (TWP) Model.
This course is designed to inform students about Queen’s requirements for e-thesis submission and the copyright implications associated with this submission type.
This session will provide a comprehensive overview of key topics related to TWP e-thesis submission. Participants will gain a clear understanding of copyright principles and how they apply to the TWP submission model. The training will outline the university’s e-thesis requirements and guide attendees through the submission process for the QUB repository. It will also explore various publishing options, including traditional models and open access, and explain how to incorporate an accepted manuscript within a thesis. The session will also introduce Creative Commons licenses and highlight useful QUB resources to support students throughout their TWP research degree programme.
