During this course we will consider how to get best use out of Library Search and key subject databases at Queen's to retrieve both primary and secondary sources for your dissertation.
This course is aimed primarily at undergraduate and taught postgraduate students in the School of History, Anthropology, Philosophy and Politics, Queen's University Belfast. There will be opportunity to ask questions related to dissertation sources.
Content will depend on the subject areas of attendees**, but may include:
- Bibliography of British and Irish History
- International Bibliography of Social Sciences
- House of Commons Parliamentary Papers
- Irish Newspaper Archive
- Nexis Newspaper database
This session will be held in the McClay Library, Training Room 2. Booking is essential. Please book via MyFuture.
