PGR & Post-doc: UK Data Service: An Introduction (Online)

This is online training. It is intended for PGRs & Post-docs at any stage of their research. The course introduces you to the UK Data Service (UKDS), one of the best resources that you may never have known (until now)!

The UKDS is an excellent location to find relevant data/datasets for AHSS & Social Sciences research. If you need access to economic, population and social research data in the UK, this is the principal repository you need to investigate! It is also the place where you must deposit your data here if you are ESRC funded.

Additionally, it is a service that provides excellent training, learning and workshops for researchers also on a host of essential topics. This will be vital for your research and to train you as a researcher!

Please sign up for this training. It will open new avenues of discovery for your research, as well as skilling up also!

For PGRs students please register viaMyFuture to book a place.

For staff members, please register via this MS Form.

This course will only be offered once in semester 1, 2024. Book early as places are limited!
